System: Pride

 

 

The Pride system has always been one of the most inhospitable places near the station Guardian-17. For a long time, before the war, the main trade and transport routes passed through the system. Even then, the Scrapyard was a regrettable reminder that the imperial command reacted to the growing threat of pirates too late. In addition, it was here that most of the waste was dumped for a long time, as well as obsolete or damaged tech.

 

Now that active fighting has practically ceased, and the Empire has disintegrated, the Scrapyard has become one of the main sources of valuable resources for which both the remnants of the Empire and the republics of the Federation fight. In particular, entrepreneurs from the ‘Republic of Separate Worlds’ willingly pay pirates for the resources found. In addition, pirates greatly complicate the nascent trade links between Guardian-17 and Sparta.

Those PVP tasks in Open Space were interesting. I mean PVP battles in Collapsed Laboratory. Can you develop Open Space faster? I would like to shoot at the Alian planet in Leviathan!

I liked the OS PvP tasks too. It forced us to do something there other than avoiding each other.

Hear, hear: Pirates, crashed down Empire, new Republic of Separate Worlds and new System Sparta ?!?

Yes, the open space PvP missions were interesting, indeed - but killing 2 ships and 2 players in Collapsed Lab would have sufficed!

 

Remove station protection in open space.

 

Just implement rule that ships with rank 9 or less are not allowed to be attacked unless they begin with attack first.

Attack is considered when shield is down to half or more.

 

Remove self destruction in open space. Also remove usage of duplicators or limit it to one or two per undocking.

All missions in open space should give rewards only when we return to docking station-s. (Return is when we fly to it)

 

Give some kind of rewards for certain number of frags in open space.

 

Implement bounty board where people can post bounty rewards for killing people. 

Rewards can be in credits or something else.

Screen shot of death should be used as proof. 

 

ect… so many possible options to make open space more interesting…

 

No seriously ?  Panoramas are the only things who are showing up right now… and exactly the kind of things that, technically, are almost useless !!

 

I mean hello there ? Wasn’t there a large-scale OS-Update planned on New-Year ? Instead some ships rework which (even if pretty nice and usefull, gotta say that) are taking some Hell of a time to show up… And we’re not even done with them right now !!! Perhaps you shouldn’t have announced that OS-update with such haste…       :((

 

Beside, what happened the Devs Q&A Section in that Forum ? Closed since a good while, and still is…    :confused:

Knock - knock !!

The panoramas are interesting, good for players to get an overview image.

But the most interesting thing, in regard to the upcoming massive open space upgrade, with new sectors, systems, undiscovered galaxy-parts, new ships, planet-side scenarios, a new pilot progression system with story-based missions and more immersion into the Star Conflict Universe, is, not surprising at this stage, the bits and pieces of story that is told with the news since this winter and especially since new year 2018.

Read between the lines, read the other older news and you will get a picture what is coming by yourself.

That we get introductions into the upcoming storyline-mission-system to progress our pilot’s ranks, starting from ‘Mercenary’ (rank0 or 1) was advertised by the Star Conflict team itself.

there are just rumors out so far; outside the echelon of devs. there is nothing known to us, just hints and conjectures and certain develoments in the Russian wiki/forums; so unfortunately I cannot help you …
