Says I'm getting loss but No Problems

I am getting NORMALLY ~40 ping in US but sometimes, since the latest patch, it says I’m getting ~2% loss also. O.o

 

I don’t think that is true. I am not getting lag or anything.

 

Clarification: I don’t have any issues sure BUT I use that to see if I AM having problems which often times I am. If its always saying I’m getting loss then that just confuses things more.
