Hmm so you use that plasma weapons, I thought the best weapon for Sai were the shotgun. Thanks!! :smiley:

Before they changed all the modules around - It was a crit built Sharpnel cannon Sai. Now the modules just dont stack up to making it work like that. And yeh i like the Plasma guns

I don’t use extended sensor because for that i have a different ship with 13.5k range

I like to be agile if i fight i want to out maneuver them, to cover long distances i have a microwarp so i don’t aim for max cruise speed

have a Sai and have been looking for decent guides. playing mine kind of solo assassin, get in do as much damage as I can to a target, get out.

 

personal preferences for those who care:

-split damage types, the active drains the shield so that’s EM, then split kinetic (shotgun) and thermal (mines)

-some form of staying power that’s not a friendly, so either the regen hull or heal active.

 

after that I am open to help <3

You should have 2 Verniers on Sai and 1 Collision Compensator or the acceleration module (I don’t remember the name)

 

For shield Adaptative obviously and for Capacitor an Emergency Barrier. Sai is incredibly energy stable. For CPU depending on your weapon but if you’re using Sharpnel Cannon you should use Electronic Guidance. For Hull you can use whatever, hull regen is ok, but I would put either a Kinetic or Thermal resist or just raw hull. 

 

For active modules I think the most effective ones are Shield Drain + Drones + Invis + Hull Repair Kit.

Due to the Sai’s energy stability, I’ve found hull regen to be better on it than almost all other interceptors.

Back when I used Sai and I played alway solo I loved to have hull regen. Idk if I would keep it nowdays.
