So I finally got my Cyning and leveld it,as I said a while ago,I wanted to see how much spread reduction I can do on the Scatter Gun,hence the name SSR(Scatter Spread Reduction),here is the comparison:

-As you can see the impact is enormous,now for the rest of the build:

And for some more exact weapon stats(try to ignore the crit changes):

-As you can see 11.4 degrees have been reduced,this makes about 67.05% of the base spread,slightly bigger spread than the Shrapnel,which can make for a better spread reduction subject as Cyning also has Kinetic controls and the Iridium slugs that reduce the spread by 50%,but I guess the Scatter Gun can be more fun than those mainstream shotguns!(IK Scatter is a shotgun too but its EM and its guided,kind off)
