I am having issues with sector control. Our team “THE CORP”[CORP] has won 2 sectors over last 2 days.
For some reason we were not given these sectors. I screen printed moments before the stats. 8/5/13 we were leading by about 20 points.
Today 8/6/13 were were leading by over 200 points. There was a 3rd sector we won but I did not screen print that one on 8/3/13.
Now the 2 sectors we own are now the sectors being attacked. Its seems like some one just want us off the leader boards.
To me this indicates a bug in the sector conquest. That’s 5 coincidences in a week. Unfortunately I only had awareness to capture 2 of them.
I have looked hard for how the sectors are determined but I see little info. This info should be added to the game help list to help us gamers under stand it better. Also the stats if hidden should have an option to display them if clicked on. Also would like to know how the sector to be chosen for attack are considered.
I have been the focus of GM moderation. I am just stating to this as a possible motive to manipulate the stats. I have been told its impossible. My experience working in the IT field has shown me that everything is hackable.
If there is a good explanation of why I would like to see them. Those details if any should be part of the game to clarify for future situation similar.
No. In-game GMs really can’t do a damned thing to manipulate anything. Trust me. The only thing they can do is mute you. Possibly suspend/ban folks (or perhaps that’s reserved for admins).
The only people who can actually manipulate in-game data are the devs and the last time they did that was when they screwed EVO. They have no reason whatsoever to do that to anyone, let alone some random pilot.
Also, kindly change that “Interests” thing, I really don’t want to scroll down half a mile whenever I see your posts…

first of all no GM is able to change any stats.
Second the overview only shows the corps from your faction, that means that you do not see how many wins a Federation or Empire corp has on this sector. Your corp can have the most wins on Jericho side, but there is still the chance that there is a corp on Empire/Federation side with more wins.

The devs did not change anything on Evos stats. They switched the faction and due to this they lost all sectors.
Can you post the link to the Sectors rules and objectives to take it. Or if they don’t exist yet, put a rush order on it. Did you look at the screen prints.
We successfully took 4, It would appear we have a clear understanding of how it works.
Jericho is in green, We have the top attack count. Another Jericho corp did not win it. It went to CSA at first, then the next day it belonged to Alpha which didn’t add up either.
Explain this please, Is there a log? I would like to see it. Maybe there are some ideas we can share to fix this misunderstanding from happening in the future.
