Defiler and Destroyer (13-15) - which means only wins on Defiler and Destroyer T5 mode, not that you need to fly R13-R15 ships for Defiler.
Just get 12 empire R11 destros with black hole and EM weapon and win.

Black hole does not have as much impact as you think, it actually has next to zero impact - Photon + Warp + Tempest what matters for actives
