Reverse Thruster - invalid rank shown in the Trade section

Bug report:

 

Reverse Thruster blueprint for LRF or Long Range Frigate shows invalid rank in the description and on Trade window.

 

It shows this: ‘Reverse Thruster’ blueprint R13-15 (incorrect)

 

Please, correct this mistake.

 

It should be like this:

‘Reverse Thruster’ blueprint R12-15 (correct)
