Today, me and my 3 friends have encountered two players from CORP, that was MotherShip and some other person that name I don’t remember.
They were in Jerry LFR, and becasue they were quite aggresive we started engaging them.
MotherShip was almost spamming the module, the cooldown was around 20 seconds, and that made getting to him in anything that was not speed tweaked almost impossible (and considering you are doing that in constant Guided Missile barrage fire) - so if any evasive manouvers were added, there was no way to get to him before the next cooldown.
There is no room for mistake here, as he did that multiple times in following fights. Are cooldowns of modules seperate? Can they be lowered with implants?
So, now we have LFR that has “I win” button in the form of EM Scattering Field AND it’s able to warp more often and faster than engee withwarpgate and recon?
This is not a good design. It’s getting slight ridiculous.
I completely agree with this having encountered this module so many times now, seeing it used as a last resort just before going down. As if the lrf didn’t have enough active survivability modules already??

That’s most weird, I’ve heard it’s like A1MA module, around 50s - but it seems MotherShip was using it with more than twice frequency. So either yo ucan use two at once and their cooldowns are not shared, or implants somehow reduce the cooldown or I really don’t know.

its been fun, but you got me once or twice. after lots and lots of games 
-ps for the cooldown, it decreases by 15% for each assist / kill i get. remember implants guys. thats why i might been able to use it a bit more often.

Empire R13 implant is probably what’s lowering his cooldown.

No, he was in my field of view all the time, he was 15k from the warpgate and was not logging out. I was going in a spiral pattern to him, with the speed of ~300, before I got to him he already jumped again.
My god people, please don’t turn that into xxxx weaving fest or some spam, we are here to make this mode better, you have general chat to discuss cool kids stuff.
Question is, is that mobility, however gained, reasonable. Becasue after Invasion goes open, we will have games that will redefine ridiculous. 5-7 lfr’s each side, jumping around like a frogs, and not even one chance for tactical flanking and surprising them.
Not to mention currently they have great firepower, great mobility (thanks to this ridiculous CD), ability to be invisible to NPC’s, one of the best alpha strikes, ability to solo unknown sector as they please.

Well, he did pull that trick on me so that’s why I thought. R13 implant then as was already mentioned.
He probs tagged a bunch of pirates just before the battle, so every time one died, his R13 implant would kick in and reduce cooldown. The cooldown on my Mauler is ~40s with one time reduction implant. The range can be increased by 1km when using an R10-12 implant.(I forget which one.) The cooldown definitely needs a nerf, but the time and money that it takes to get this module is a perfect balancer.
