feels more powerfull than heavy blaster aswell, but just a question of damage resistance, has it been changed?
300 resistance should be around 25% dmg taken i believe. and it really doesn’t feel like that annymore.

Maybe it’s also bugged, but don’t forget damage over time effect as well.
Actually i’d say that the Destructor has nothing to do with Resistances overall, having 300 resistances on a damage type is actually useless except in Special Operation.
The Destructor is just a broken weapon which needs to be nerfed, complaining about the Destructor in a topic called “resistance change?” isn’t really much sense.
The destructor just deals high damage, if this weapon keeps shooting you you get more than 1000 Damage just from the AoE, add the damage itself it’s still a lot, maybe also some damage buffs through Boosters, Implants etc. make this Weapon more powerful.
There is no bug with the resistance on the AoE, it’s simply Thermal and it’s damage is reduced by thermal resistances.
Patriarch // Scimitar are strongest with this Weapon. You should take care of them.
with the +90 shield armor for 8 seconds i get up to 396 on kinetic resistance, 366 on thermal and 363 on EM,
and for hull its nja 200-240 ish for all types.
so yeah resistance is big deal for me.
i just feel like the destrucktor deals alot more DPS than what it even mentions, a torpedo with 18 000 dmg can go down to 3500-4000 dmg (did before) now its a couple thousand higher it feels.
but if i take a real test 1v1 i prob find out what i wanna know.
my friend graviton from THE CORP, we use the same guard build and now hes doing pretty well being top 6 in pilot rating.
