Reputation Grind?

I’m currently a 5th legionary 4th class, but to gain a new rank, I have to get 21k reputation. I’m struggling with that because I seem to only get about 350 odd reputation per fight, whether I win, lose or kill lots of ships.

Do I get more for killing players as opposed to bots? Do I need to go out and capture more enemy beacons, or am I missing a trick?

You only get reputation for winning or loosing matches. The only way to influence the amount of reputation you get is to use a license.

Ah, that explains it then, since my license ran out some time last night

you also get reputation for getting in a tied match(although it counts as a loss)
