May want to be thinking before you spout off and make a fool of your self.  There are support staff, trouble tickets, and account management tools for a reason.  So before you get all stupid up side my head, think about it.  Or as I tell my kids, use your brain for something more then filling the void between your ears.

The lost license time will be refunded as soon as possible.
