Reaper's Horn (Reaper Special) prevent the Ram Attack from dealing collision Damage

It appears that the Reaper’s Horn, dealing damage under the form of “Reaper Bonus”, is preventing the “Ram Attack” Module from dealing damage and cause Bouncing on Target.

 

When comparing the Front Side of the Reaper (Premium Rank 8 Ship from the Jolly Roger DLC)  and Anaconda Mk2 (Ship designated to use the Ram Attack), it appears that the “Horn” is preventing the damage from the “Ram Attack” from being applied against Targets if the Reaper can’t or won’t manage to Charge with the proper Angle, it will just bounce on the Target.

The fact the Horn hit the target before the Main Core of the ship is also cancelling :

Ram needs to amplify collision damage instead of being like a plasma arc. Would be better anyways bc you can ram them at high speed and deal massive damage.

Ram Already Amplify Collision Damage by allowing the Frigate to exceed the Speed cap of 800m/s because the RAM ATTACK already increase your speed to something like 40m/s over the Max Speed.

The Problem is linked to the acceleration of the Ship and the fact the ship can’t turn properly to keep the front of the ship aligned with the target.

Reaper ram not ram attack. Reaper ram needs to just amplify collision instead of having that silly aoe effect.

Reaper Ram isn’t a Ram, it’s a “SPUR”.

 

And changing it to “Amplifying Ramming Damage” is stupid since the Reaper isn’t the Principal User of the Ram Attack and do not have proper tool to Ram people.

 

The “Tractor Beam” and the “Harpoon Plasma” aren’t mean to Ram.

I mean, it would made sense if the game accounted for the shape of the ship, not only the angle of the surface for ramming damage, even tough that seems to apply for ships like Stingray, which make sense since it seems to have a more fragile structure than the others.
