I am thinking Cheetah, Sp-25 seems like a waste because its such a small increase. Velox should be ok but I do remember increased rotation speed on my Dagger made it harder to control, but it was an interceptor and they already have fast rotation. I will mostly fly Fighters from Jericho.
For any of you playing at home I went with cheetah at first then re-implanted Velox, Velox yields better results, just easier to respond to fire.
Cheetah for T2-T3 inties, Velox for everything else.
I use Cheetah because I strafe a lot; I fly engies and tacklers mainly.
In my humble opinon Volex would be a good option if you using Galvanzed Hull !

For me, still velox, as im often in need to yaw just a bit faster when strafing anyway
