Our rank nine ships being matched against rank 13 ships. I thought it was supposed to be 7-10 then 10-15? Or is it because we are playing in a squad?
So how low do I need to go to avoid gravi bullsh*t now…? Rank 2 or something? 
I wonder why does this happen all the time, back in the day this would be fixed on the first week or so…

From today, followed types of games are available in skirmish mode:
Easy: battles between ships from rank 1 to 5
Medium first level: battles between ships from rank 5 to 7
Medium first level: battles between ships from rank 7 to 10
Hard: battles between ships from rank 10 to 15
With rank 7 ships you should be even avoiding destroyers at all.
It happened to me too. I used rank 8 and 9 ships and I was matched against rank 13 ships.
Well I guess it’s time to boycott PvP again. XD

I only go PvP when I have to. AKA when a contract isn’t completable in PvE. Otherwise it’s the most rage inducing experience in my life so far.

Yeah but I’m lazy. Also I was just checking to see if any others had experienced this or that maybe it was hidden in the patchnotes somewhere. I’ll make a bug report next time it happens.
That all would not have happened and would never happen if we still had the “tier” systhem…
imho we dont need the tier system. and it happened just aswell, as tier mixing with GS-ship underranking was on and off for years.
t3 only worked because everybody played there, so it wasnt too hard getting over r7 simply because you could hide in the crowd, but once most players were in t5, lower tiers became sniper tiers for killfarming and t4 was basicly 3v3-5v5. with r7 and r10 seriously hard ranks to overcome. don’t let nostalgy fool you.
10-15 is a nice system, nothing over 10 should be in medium, no matter how many tiers there are below.
please dont split up 10-15 either
best ranking strategy is anyways getting to full synergy in r9-r10 with everything first, only rank a few passively to r15 for the unlocks. with that r11-r15 is fast enough to rank up. so those ships can form a nice endgame.
I even saw R6 against R13 … very good balance … I do not really know why I continue to play this game… “After making a several OP ships…hmmm… We don’t know what to do so… we try a new matchmaker !!! YESSSS !!! And with the results… yes “the statistic” voilà… in 5-6 month we will change it… or not !” NOOOOOOOOOO !!!.. Plz, tell me “it’s just a test… or bug” ! Maybe, one day, there will be R2 against R15 after the majority of players left the game… who knows ? I’m joking ofc.
seriously, this is a new tier R8-R13 ? I just want to know…
And yeah my dear devs… so much about having fixed that issue with the new divided “medium” difficulty… this happened to me today…
So once again: please this whole difficulty systhem is disappointing us over and over again. Just go back to the good old tier systhem, which never caused any problems.
