What happened?

Rank 17 Federation Covert Ops Interceptor - ‘Spike’ is having one CPU slot unequipped when you obtain the ship.

 

What should have happened?

Rank 17 Federation Covert Ops Interceptor - ‘Spike’ should come with all default modules equipped, without any missing ones as their default loadout.
