I’de say it is am excuse, since people can not win in T5 ships, so they play t1 and when they lose, they like - “yeah w/e i was in T1,”, but when, once in awhile, they get carrie dby their team, they be like “I totally owned you man, in my T1, i am that good”

Since he can’t get killls with T5 ships in T5, posting scores with T1 ships in T5 and no kills wont look  that  shameful
