(I probably wouldn’t buy this personally, and it’s incredibly lazy, but I’m sure some others would gladly buy it for the convenience it offers.)
Basically, the Ram Scoop would be a GC-bought item equipable in the Engine slot, and would provide either a reduction or outright removal of warp gate fuel costs, leaving only fuel burned in sector, unless you wish to include that as well.
Unsure if this should have a negative impact on engine performance on the side, no side effect, or if it should have a standard effect such as a fully upgraded catalyst injector. (such as the extended hull being like reinforced beams, and the spatial scanner being like an infrared)
