The combination Shift+Alt+a+LMB triggers the “Help the devs” window in battle (if the mouse-cursor is over an object).
This is a very bad key combination, since all those buttons are also used as basic flight controls.
Please change asap.
Was the cause of at least a couple of my deaths. Very annoying.

Fixed in the last patch. Locked to prevent unnecessary necros.
