I have an open ticket for a bug report on the packet loss and latency issues. In here I’ll post updates as to what happened, and how it’s being handled. If there are issues to be resolved, it would be nice if the developers could post in here what they’re addressing and give us a time-scale for the fix.
So far, the following images are of tests I’ve ran, along with a connection test report and a screenshot of high ping and loss at the same time, the highest ping I saw was 10880, loss 66%, yet I missed them. The report shows node01av to be unresponsive, that is the case, I repeated it twice.
Michael from Gaijin is going through the process with me, lets see what happens.

On a serious note, Sergey had just replied and told me they’ll still be in touch throughout the process, so hopefully, we have the attention we need :)
Didn’t work. Chat client dies, then launch or undock times out, then I’m logged out, and the yellow text under the login button changes to “unknown server version”
