This is not world of thanks, you will see that the metagame is quite different.
Sniper class is the long range frigate.
You can brawl with any ship if you fit it accordingly.
Also, you can snipe with almost any ship if you fit accordingly.
Of course all of this is from tier 4 and above.
Brawler ships in low tiers are mostly interceptors and federation gunships.

Depends, there are some premium ships that come with DLC’s that have unique looks, but the rest is just colour schemes. And you can customise the colours on any ship (for a price)
why cant the standard ships look as unique as the DLC ships or the Mauler??
Because then that look wouldn’t be unique, it’d be standard.
Hy ther i’m quite new in this game (in garage :fox,hawk m and aligatror c) and i wondering is there a sens to buy a “premium” schip (enginer)for 850-1450 Gs? Or it will be ony lose of GS thet i schod keep for higher tiers vessals?

Premium ships gives you more income, and 20% free synergy. It is worth to buy in tier 3, since you will stay there for a lot of time. Tier 2, well, is not bad, and it is cheap. Just don’t expect a lot of income 
You could probably also skip T4 premiums since the T5 premiums came out. You get more income which helps for PvE grinding.
For premiums, T3 and T5.
