Question about referrals

I’ve noticed that Igromania has a ref link that leads to a page where new players can start off with the option of three great starting gifts like a premium ship, or 850GS or [REDACTED]. When I went to my reference page there was still the option to sign up, but no gifts for players. I feel like I’m cheating my refs with this. I’d almost (almost) go as far as to say for them to use the other link instead. This is madness!

(Honestly 850GS is way more worth it. You could wait until a sale and get whatever prem ship you want.)

We normal players aren’t epic enough to give away gifts to players. We mercenaries are so dam greedy wow.

I thought that they were all about having everything equal among classes and such.

Also, I’m one that would give away things. I have heaps of premiums that I don’t use any more, and more resources than most, so why can’t I give things away?
