question about Galactic Standards $10.50 package?

I’d like to spend $10.50 on Galactic Standards.  Is it 3000 + 300 GCs?  It is a tad confusing.  If someone could clarify this for me, thanks!

You’re paying for the 3k Standards and they offer 300 GS on top of that.
