Question about destroyers

Hi i have no idea where to post this kind of question so fell free to move it and im sorry if this is the wrong place now for the actual question.

So i know that the new destroyer Tyrant is gonna be gone in less then a month my question is will we be able to build it after its gone or do we get some other rank 14 instead of this one when the event is over ?

because if its gonna be gone for ever thats not fair to the new players they will never have change to get it in such little time thank you for your answear

This ships are exclusive for this event. Will they return is unknown. The right way to gather all the materials is to complete missions from Broker and Gage, using r8 and r11 destroyers.
