question about contracts; faction/subfaction

hi, im kinda new here

id like to ask some questions about the contracts,

i chose the federation as my main faction, and i signed up the contract with vanguard subfaction and earned some vouchers from it.

if i sign another contract with other subfactions, for example armada, am i going to lost the vanguard vouchers?

also if i sign the contract with the subfactions from outside the federation, am i going to be moved to another main faction (empire/jericho)?

No and no. You will not lose any voucher and you will not be moved to another main faction.

First: You are supposed to earn vouchers from the six sub-factions, so switching them will not remove your earned vouchers.

Second: Depending on the sub-faction that you’re working for, whenever you fight PvP (Sector Conflict), with each victory you will be giving points to the main faction of that sub-faction. You’re a mercenary, remember that, so if you work for Armada, your winning/losing points go towards Federation, you work for Raids, your winning/losing points go to Jericho. UNLESS you’re in a Corporation, then you’ll always be giving points to the faction your Corporation belongs.

Hope it helps.

Well, I forgot about that because it’s honestly pointless. You need the vouchers, if you chosed Fed when u started the game you’ll be fed, doesn’t matter if you give points to one side or another because it doesn’t give any kind of reward.

ahh i see…

yea im just abit confused, because at the beginning u need to choose one from the three faction, so at first i thought that we are going to serve one faction only and fight another factions (like RF online, i used to play it in the past)… also i think the quests are given by the npc from that faction we chose.

but then i found out that we can fly all the ships from different factions, and the voucher from different subfactions are needed for the upgrade… so i guessed that maybe there is no such restriction, but im not really sure so i asked, thankyou for the answer…
