One of my ships isn’t being counted for this quest.
I’m not sure, but I think these old quests are no longer active since a few updates ago, they’ve been replaced with dailies.

I didn’t wait “a few updates” to post this bug. I just started playing a few days ago, hence why all my ships in the screenshots are poorly equipped T1’s. The quests are definitely still active and I’ve been doing them. My other ships do count for the quest. It’s only one of those two ships from the screenshots that doesn’t count. I’m up to 2/3 now. I just need one more level on my T2 interceptor to finish the quest.
May be, it is a server or UI lag. Please, check quest progress now and make new screenshot.

I’ll get on that in a sec. I deleted my logs a while ago since there were quite a lot. I played a few games since then though so I’ll post what I have,

Here are the screenshots. As you can see I have 3 ships at max synergy and should be finished, but the quest still thinks I only have 2.

That’s because I finished leveling my interceptor, not because the quest finally recognized the bugged ship. I had to have 4 ships maxed to finish the quest instead of 3 like I was supposed to.
