Pyro emitter won't be disabled by ECM, if already activated or fired?

Bug report:

 

What’s wrong:

Using any ECM module, like Ion Diffuser or Stasis, will not disable or interrupt a Pyro emitter weapon on destroyer, if it was pressed just a moment before ECM used his module

 

How to replicate this bug:

1.) Equip an ECM ship, with Ion Diffuser and Stasis.

2.) Have someone in a destroyer, equipped with Pyro Emitter.

3.) The moment that Pyro Emitter is pressed by the opposing player, enable any of these 2 modules.
