PVE rewards should depend more heavily on efficiency

I think it might be a good way to encourage experienced players to play with low rank players who choose lvls 1-10 in pve. Right now it’s a waste of time and it’s much better to abandon ship and let the low lvls fly the mission alone, or to leave battle and try your luck with another, than to fly these kindergarden levels. But if the rewards scaled better with effi, it would actually be satysfying, not tiring, to help younger players.
