I already explained it to you on Steam - karma is not the same as reputation.
On the screenshot and video you recorded it looks like you have a negative reputation with Empire, please check that on Achievements - > Leaderboards -> Faction Clash. If the value is negative - then it works as intended. Also you are saying that it happens always and in all sectors - that is possible only if you have negative reputation with all factions - please check that as well.

Prestige, Karma and Reputation are three different things. You have positive karma I know. Now if you could just stop refusing to check one thing you were asked to check and actually check it it would be much easier and faster.
I think we have a translation issue here. Let’s try in your native tongue then (sorry for errors).
Prestiż = to twój poziom w grze, on określa jakie misje są dostępne i jakie nagrody za nie dostaniesz.
Karma = ogólny wskaźnik, czy twoja postać jest po stronie dobra, czy jest przestępcą.
Reputacja = wskaźnik jaką masz reputację u poszczególnych stron (Imperium, Federacja, Jerycho i Enklawa)
Możesz mieć ( i raczej na pewno masz) pozytywną karmę i negatywny wskaźnik reputacji u jednej lub więcej frakcji. Wiem, że masz pozytywną karmę, natomiast nie wiem jakie masz wartości reputacji u poszczególnych frakcji. Dopóki nie zrobisz zrzutu ekranu z tymi wartościami, ciężko będzie coś powiedzieć.
Na filmikach, które wklejasz pokazujesz tylko wartości karmy, nie reputacji. W przypadku kiedy masz negatywną reputację, jednostki danej frakcji będą cię atakować nawet jak masz pozytywną karmę.
Więc proszę jeszcze raz - sprawdź jaki masz poziom reputacji u poszczególnych stron. To naprawdę nie jest trudne. Jeśli masz problem ze sprawdzeniem tego na podstawie zrzutu, który zamieściłem powyżej - daj znać, nagram filmik jak to zrobić.

Na początku filmu masz karmę 90310 i na końcu też 90310 - karma nie zmieniła ci się ani trochę…
To czy teraz możesz już sprawdzić jaką masz reputację i podać w tym wątku proszę?

Actually in the video you are ramming the transport and later on you are colliding with Empire guardian, which is later on killed by another player.
Solution to your problem is to make some positive reputation with those factions - then they will stop attacking you. Just go to any Enclave only owned sector and kill some Enclave ships.
Since you refuse to post any logs and from reputation values it looks like it’s working as intended I will recommend to close this thread.
