Bug report:
What happened?
The bomb that exploded near me, did not have a proper label name!
Same issue is present in Special Operation - Destroyer scenario.
What should have happened?
The bomb that exploded and destroyed my ship, should be labeled properly, not only this placeholder - RW_Bomb_Blastwave.
Same goes for the Special Operation - Destroyer.
Note:
It’s the same situation in Special Operation - Destroyer, Ranks 7-9, 10-12, 13-15.
How to replicate this issue in Special Operation:

Play Special Operation - Destroyer (R7-9 example)

Pick up the Bomb.

Drop the Bomb and stay near it.

Get destroyed. (incorrect label bug)
