I just bought Galactic Standards for $4.5 (directly from the website), i play on steam so i launch the game from there, but i login and find no standards.
what should i do?
You can buy them through steam in the future, if you are ingame press on the exchange(I believe, otherwise it’s the other button in bottom right) and you can do it through steam.
You should try contacting support if it doesn’t come to your account in next few minutes. I’m guessing you otherwise made the purchase onto another account that is not linked with your steam account.

if i login using the main game client, the standard should be there correct?
Make sure your Steam account is linked with your Gaijin account.

It is linked, 99% sure it is.
how do i check???
Load the game from your Steam folder directly (using the game.exe file) rather than your library, or add the following launch parameter in your library itself;
-nosteam
Either method will enable the ‘login’ box in Steam - try logging in using the same details you used when making your purchase.

yus … i buy and play on different clients
have to login using the right one before it shows on the other
eg. buy on steam, login on steam, logout, login on standalone client and vice versa
