Purchasing Errors on store.gaijin.net

  9. When trying to purchase DLC’s at the gaijin.net store, I am denied with a message saying that it cannot be completed try again later

  10. Not sure its a bug, but I have nowhere else to put this. I tried using multiple gift cards (with money on them) and was given a trade in offor before purchasing, but was not allowed to purchase.

  11. Well, every time I try to use a gift card, I even had other people try to use the same card and they got the same thing.

  12. I typed in the card number and pin, then checked balance, and then clicked the pay button.

  13. Its pretty straight forward, I dont think I need to add anything else.

     NOTE: I was using Google Chrome, the other person who attempted was using Fire Fox if that helps

  1. No logs because it wasnt in game… so I really dont know if this is a bug, but I dont know where else to put it… “no logs no bug”

It is not possible to purchase some exact package (DLC) from the store using a gift card. Gift card balance can only be traded for some amount of Galactic Standards. We are discussing possibilities to pay for some exact DLC with the payment system who is running this service, hope to add this option in spring. 

Just to make it clear, this was the only issue of yours? I mean if you had finally decided to get Galactic Standards and faced an error while paying, or something.

The only problem was the payment, no game issues
