Purchasing bug

Topic content:

1. Do not receive the gift and can’t make new purchases.
2. Because the game says Error and doesn’t give me a gift even though I have GS for 30€
3. It happened once
4. The last action was normal playing of PvP battles and adding funds to my steam wallet.

Run the game.exe in your Star Conflict directory and run it as an Administrator, not directly through Steam.

Input your credentials and it should be there. You will see when buying currency will be displayed in US Dollar instead of Euro.
