Pulse Laser 17 Not dropping?

  1. Pulse Laser 17 not being dropped by anything to my knowledge, crafted peregrine and intended to use it with pulse laser, atlas said that it can be found in “Lava Spines”. Went there and killed npc’s for hours without them dropping not even 1 container, to my surprise i started controlling the karma and realized that every ship i killed gave me negative karma.
