problem with tutorial ?

hi i have only one problem i am now rank 7 and i think the tutorial has reactivated i must upgrade my weapon from mk1 to mk2 but on my ship the Alligator-M i have a mk3 weapon 

 

i can nothing make no pve/pvp or open world

It isn’t a bug. Buy any weapon and upgrade it to mark 2, unless if it says differently. For Mark 4 you need Iridium.

i cant buy any weapon i can only click on the weapon icon and there on the upgrade button from my weapon

The mission requires that you upgrade the weapon, simply click on upgrade and use the upgrade kit you’ve got.

Buy another weapon in store/shop then mount it on your ship and then upgrade it.

 

Edit: Of course it is necessary only if you want to buy the same weapon. You could just buy another weapon type, heavy blaster e.g., and you could upgrade that.

pls look the screen i cant buy another weapon thats my problem i can only click on the weapon icon and there only on the button upgrade from the equiped weapon 

 

edit: when i can buy a other weapon i do it that not the problem but i cant click on other weapons to buy it

Ahha. That’s new to me. I don’t know this new tutorial system. Well, then I can’t help you unfortunately.

When you relogin, move the weapon out of the slot then get a new one

i have try it and the weapon its after relogin in the weapon slot i cant change them

It is a bug. We have lot of questions for you:

  1. Were you invited to the game by a friend?

  2. When did the tutorial start for you?

  3. How exactly did you enable it?

  4. Which tutorial stages have you already completed?

  5. Did the tutorial interrupt at least once?

  6. How and when did you purchase the ships, particularly the ones you used when the tutorial was interrupted?

  1. no one habe invited me to the game i have found it on steam 

  2. first time have finish the tutorial at 20.8 and this time has startet the tutorial at 23.8 at the morning 2-3 am

3.i dont know. i have make a relogin for the daily quest and then start it 

4.first time i have finish it there was the last stage to buy 2 ships 1 from empire and 1 from the federation. Nor i am on stage 2 i think,

 i must be upgrade my weapon from MK1 to MK2 

5.i dont know but i think not 

6.when you mean the alligator-m i buy it at 22.8

 

one think i must say the steam account is not link with gaijin i must be a new account to make the topic here ingame is my name stroke92.
