Problem after logging in to account after one year break - lack of ships

  1. I tried to log in to my account (smiena_one@yahoo.com) but password was wroeng, so i recovered password, after this i was able to log in to my account and there was no ships at all.

  2. I think, this is problem with system which generates new passwords, maybe your system generated new password form my account and finally i have totally new account, only my nickname is the same.

I think, system for creating game accounts should be like in other games with confirmation email after creating account.

  1. It happened to me last week, after about one year break from playing. I heard from my collegues that i’m not the only one with this problem.

  2. I logged in about 1 week ago.

  3. I had many ships on my account, i dont remember exactly how many, but i know that at least one or two were Tier4 ships.
