After i have maxed my ship to max synergy, last thing i would want to do is to fly it as syn lvl 1 again, and again, and again, i want to enjoy my ships not hate it. Especially when it comes to the ship that I hated leveling anyywas, that becomes even less appealing to even bother.
If such system to be in the game, i would prefer to see it as
So you contribute the progress by flying it, while still enjoying it.
In battle, when enemy hovers over your ship, area that shows xx/xx synergy level, replace or add 1x gold star for each Prestige lvl (like 10/10 * *) so you not only have screenies with bragging right, but people in battle see how much of a “no Lifer” you are
Heh, but I like the challenge aspect of it! It would be too easy otherwise! I don’t mind going back to synergy level 1, even though I have forgotten what it actually feels like ^^ Maybe I will regret taking this standpoint though…

I understand that. However, I feel like I’m wasting potential by flying a standard ship that has max synergy. After all, I could fly a Premium ship instead and earn 4x as much free synergy. This suggestion would give me back a sense of progression with these otherwise “junk” ships.
Obviously, not everyone is going to feel this way. But this suggestion was never meant to appeal to everyone.
I think regaining the sense of progression is the essential point here, thanks Jasan. I have been stagnating for a year now. This would freshen things up again!
Wow. I’m suprised. A suggestion is ACTUALLY being considered. Not a bad thing at all, although this suggestion has no effect on balance or gameplay, so I see why it would make it through.

I hope it is being considered right now, and we get an answer soon. This is good for the veterans of the game who have already maxed out all the standard ships (not talking about SP and ne premium that have insane grind), and might cause some of them to start playing again.
