But yeah obviously he is not pleased if you go into a game and there is not much to do except get killed by stuff out of range/to hard to kill.
The Hyena is evil with Gauss anyway. 2x IR scanner and then uranium shells is enough to make anyone start swearing at you… lol.

Yeah I killed him like five times. I wasn’t exactly trying to kill just him though, except he constantly was at the front of his team. The ceptors on their team died a lot also.

I have to fit a proton wall now due to there being often 3 ECMs on the other team. I tried complaining about ECMs demolishing tacklers but I was advised (rightly) to put on a proton wall, so I did. That means I need to use crit ammo though to get 30% crit chance, so damage kinda is not as high. I’m going to try fit the wolf mk 2 tonight, see if it works.
Katana ae is also brutal with gauss. That’s what I used to use before I bought the parallax and before the hyena was released. I have like 10 mill synergy on it ^^
Mind you, despite being a small time fan of gauss, after discovering the power of the critican damage Flux Phaser there really is no return. If you have a Bear, compare using flux and gauss - I promise you the difference is significant.

Flux is just annoying to the enemy in my opinion. I haven’t used it in a long time though, so I’ll give it another try. I just found the guiding thing not good against twisty ceptors.
Meh. As long as t4 destroyers still have gravity s-hit I won’t play t5 much. Having your ship being pulled left right and centre is so frustrating. Also skrah launcher needs to be nerfed before I’ll start playing there again.
T3 is fun ”)

Dunno really, It’s the shadowplay one. I forgot to turn it off after fiddling and now I just keep it.
If anything, I have to say T3 is so much more fun than both T4 or T5. T4 is way too unpredictable because of how stable it is and the masses of variety, and T5 is full of elitists and/or players who just can’t play the game so they purchase premiums and call themselves 1337. On top of that, T3 is pretty much the hub for everything that goes on in SC that people find most relevant, such as tournaments, dreadnought battles and most missions. People only usually own T5 ships to do missions and T4 ships because it’s a boundary.
That being said, there should be an incentive to play less T3 like playing in tournament games at T4 or T5 on other days with higher rewards. I would definitely say yes to a weekend tournament in T4 on Saturdays ”)
Yeah I suggested weekend GS tournament have a t4 and t5 variant a while back. Instead we got leagues…
The tourney is one of the things I look forward to at the weekend!
