Automatic weapon specifically designed for suppressor class destroyers. In standby mode it can automatically lock onto targets and open fire on them in the affected area. Its destructive power is based on electromagnetic damage. In active mode, damage is three times higher. Active range is more than three kilometers. An indispensable weapon for hitting multiple targets at short and medium distances.

Anyways, there’s a visual problem with it, it have 2 barrels, it shots only from one.

I tried to make the two sides move separately but I couldn’t achieve it. I also noticed that when I put it on the top platforms it points to the front but on the bottom it points to the rear. Not that it was a problem. It even looks cool when it’s on the rear slot on the bottom pointing backwards.

Hmmm… “… suppressor class destroyers…”. Is this a potential placeholder for destroyers of other class? -.-

We need also Support Destroyers!

Other classes would be nice as well!

However, when all would be released, they would have to have a separate game mode, otherwise it will all be ruined.

Sturdier and meant for devastating as many targets as possible before something goes wrong.

Given that something rarely goes wrong, there’s going to be a lot of debris to clean up soon.

this turret should go towards front of vessel.  Put the pew pew turret towards the rear near your energy router.

attack class destroyers would be faster and would have more of their guns oriented towards the front and would have. Instead of a shield placeable they would get mergency maneuvering modules (like an emergency blow) that would be dangerous to use around asteroids and could be used to ram other ships, and their modules would revolve around boosting main gun damage and launching  torpedoes

In exchange their sides and rear would be less protected and their class specific modules would not be on turrets and would instead point in the direction their mount was on.  This would create interesting module placement positions in the front and the side.

we will post all module pictures in highres on the site.

These only shoot out of one cannon btw, it’s a bug I’m sure

 

Also I’m not sure why we can’t have multiples of these ‘multipurpose’ grade modules.

By having several of these, and blasters, you are sacrificing the range and utility of the support modules for automated gun coverage.

The Invincible is lopsided, so having some modules that can be mirrored and not be overpowered would be nice
