'Pirate Bounty' 'Elite Contract' conflict

  1. With both ‘Pirate Bounties’ and ‘Elite Contracts’  enabled, only one or the other turns up in the contract list.
  2. Having paid to get two bonuses, one would expect the full benefit of both of those bonuses.
  3. It appears to alternate days, one day ‘Pirate Bounties’ the next day ‘Elite Contracts’.
  4. Having both Bonuses enabled?
