However in game I can not seem to locate the area which lists my current bonuses from these packs (IE artifact scanner, xp/loyalty boosts etc (I want to varify that they are applying to my char and are stacking as intended), However all I see is the license and nothing else and the profile has no relevant information to your account bonuses in game.
If a dev could point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it, as this is a VERY IMPORTANT, feature for paying players like myself who support the game and invest in it, with RL money.
Unfortunately there is no way to actually view these bonuses. You can tell if you have the artifact scanner if you get 6 chances to loot instead of 5, but that is about it.Would be nice if the devs could add that in though.
I can tell you the bonuses definitely do work, I also have 2 packs and the +20% reward is very noticable compared to when it’s not active (first 1-2 wins of day don’t seem to apply steam bonuses: 5 loots etc)

You will notice the artifact scanner after battle when you get 6 loots instead of 5.
The DLC ships can be found in the ship tree and boosters in the upper right corner(there may still occur a few bugs with the boosters.)

What about the XP gains? Anyway I can view to see if they are stacking properly? Each package offers a 10% gain to Rep/loyalty, and 2 of them grant 10% to ship xp, So if you had all 3 you should be granted a permanent boost of 30% loyalty/Rep gain, and 20% ship xp.
This should also stack with the in game Boosts you pay for with Galactic standards (Like the 200% bonus for example) and the licences bonuses.
What I am saying is there an area you can view these bonuses at (If not should be added to the profile page a tab that says current Applied Bonuses or something) Which lists all your current account benefits and xp bonus totals.
May I ask while you started your topic title with (Paying Client here)?
It’s not like paying for the game will make you a half-god all of a sudden.
All players will be treated equal.
