Patch 1.1.6 will not launch

after upgrdng from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6 i can no longer start the game

i get a message

Fatal Error.

Please launch Star Conflict from Arc

OK   

 

What is Arc and why do i need it to start Starconflict ?

Where to i download the arc from ?

If you don’t use the Arc, try to delete file appinstallconfig.xml from the game folder
