How exactly does that thing work ?

 

If I have X shields and when I use it I am on Y value, which is 50%  and hit let’s say frigate. Does it drain/damage 50% of it’s shield or the Y value which is 50% of my shields?

 

Basically the question is is it Frigate or Interceptor AoE Killer?

It should deal the Y value, For example, If you have 2500 Shields, It should deal 2500 damage, and You’ll loose 2500 shields. 

 

Don’t forget to take resistances into account, Particle Purge Is more effective VS Shields.
