As the title says, many people are having trouble with packet losses in russian servers. Internet seems to be working ok so it is not a problem from our side. Attached you will find all the logs and a screenshot from snibs ping analizer.

I can certainly confirm that sometimes there are issues with it.
However, if they repeat, you should also use some tool inside Star Conflict directory, called con_tester and run it as well, then put it with your logs. I was told to do that, but I do not know, whether Snib’s tool and that tool have any similarities, but I guess they can both test the same thing.
Also, if you haven’t done it yet, create a support ticket and submit it with your results.
