So, I have come back to this game after a bit of an absence, only to find the game is now unplayable. I have MASSIVE frame rate skip and its constant. The juddery frame rate is making the game uplayable and I would like to be able to get back to where I left off. I bought the game on steam and connect through steam. Ive tried everything I could think of to get the game to work, I will include my spces below.
AMD 8 core 3.5GHz
12GB Corsair Vengeance Gamers RAM
7970 3GB GHz edition VapourX GPU
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

No, it has nothing to do with the graphics settings. It was playing fine on the same set up just a few months ago with a smooth 120FPS on maximum settings. I refuse to allow you to use the ‘its your hardware or settings’ cop out to try and foist this issue onto me.

So, okay, I have noticed even more wrong with the game. The interface in certain places seems to flicker rather than either blink or pulse. The timers are erratic, sometimes they will count down normally, other times they are skipping and jumping. For example, the timer in the que for a battle hit 1 minute after only 25 seconds of being in the que. I think the timer on the server if FUBAR. I have tried every graphics setting, rebooting my router, nothing is helping. This HAS to be an issue on the server. There is NO other explanation.
Second… Rainbow… hit f11 twice (or only once if you already have your FPS showing, but PL/Ping doesnt show when your in the hanger) when your in a match and check what your PL % is… if theres anything but a 0 there, you have packet loss. If thats the case, go to a speed test site and do a speed test to check the packet loss. If theres still loss higher then 1-2% you will need to contact your ISP about troubleshooting it.
