hi there i download this game from steam yesterday .i did the tutorials and everything is running smooth
when i try to join any game pvp or pve this error pops out says clint unable to connect.then it says that my ship is in the battle
anyone can help pls this is really a sad beginning

the only thing i could think of is to check to make sure your firewall isn’t blocking the game at all,

this has the ports that you might need to open on your router in order to play
it’s probally a good idea to make a support ticket here:
if i can log in means the firewall and the ports r fine if one of them is the problem which means there will be no connx to the server at all right???
the problem is i can’t join battles pvp nor pve
Is sounds like specific ports are blocked. At work, I can login to the game, and chat but i cannot launch a battle.

Can you add logs? Somewhere in the logs is the required port for Battles. It might be blocked, so you cant connect to a game.
