i played 10 rounds with ghost (and like 7 with muscle) at T4-5 and we all got 3k score average, while doing some sort of speed run (in most of the games the 4th random player would also get over 2500). The mission is fine for T4-5, no need to be super pro or take all the score leaving other players with less than 2500 eff. But if you go to T3 you will need to farm for a while cause points are not enough to play a normal round and all 4 get 2500 points.
T3 Command with overcharged Flux will one-shot enemies. Easy way to get 2500eff easy.
Wait guys, I reformatted my pc today (It had some crap in it), so I have to download again star conflict. What is the requirement of the mission?
Welcome to discuss [Third cryptogram](< base_url >/index.php?/topic/30828-operation-%E2%80%98crystal-cuckoo%E2%80%99/)! ![:012j:](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/012j.png “:012j:”)
Wait,so its a Thermal weapon? And its still homing?Only on the vertical plane now?Several targets? Its still AoE?Is it a fighter weapon?Hm,guess time will tell.

I think the thermal weapon is the inty one, they said somewhere that the Fighters one deals kinetic damage.

I think you are right, interceptors kinda lack a thermal weapon(Phase suppressor kinda sucks)so i think i was wrong there.I also heard about the kinetic one for the fighters so i guess that was right.
Interesting… I had heard that the weapon was going to be kinetic a while ago. I guess they changed their minds?

IMO, the inty weapon will be a fast-firing blaster that shoots explosive Scatter gun shoots.
Inty don’t lack thermal. They have phase AND pulse.
Interesting. So to basically brake it down those giant things aren’t alive. They are just Death Stars?
Do the scientist have even researched what iridium is? Guessing from the engine it seem to be the fuel. But if they use it as material as well would mean a lot.
The last comment is very interesting. The data from Ares mean also, that they either decoded the alien data or even can now contrl the alien platform ITSELF? Or they even got one alive/the leviathan one?
Did I missed the second one? Or why is CinnamonCake saying in the opening post discuss first cryptogram and now for this one ‘third cryptogram’?!
mm station → alien–>someone help scientist–> maybe new thermal dest weapon–> ellydium+alien–> =new corp ?
OHHHHH SNAP!
As far as I can recall I never read anything about it being for destroyers! X3
(I was really hoping that it would be for normal ships…)
The destroyer weapon should have white damage :3
It’s thermal, dummy. Xp
It hits several targets and it’s homming. I wonder… This weapon is going to hit one target and then “continue” to hit another target and go on? Otherwise… why is stated that “it hits several targets”?
Either massive spread, or the different homing charges each select a different target. That or it’s just explosive.
“Base blueprints are uploaded in encrypted data packets from somewhere in (imagine!) Alien space.”
“However, the Leviathan that was on the news is a special one. There was an expedition, something went wrong… and I think that all Ellydium tech originates there. As if the Leviathan itself or something on board helps the scientists.”
Wow nice plot turn…looks like these guys took advantage of the northstar expedition (not ares) and went digging into the leviathan, running experiments. Now clearing the aliens from leviathan sector will probably speed up the experiments by having a nearby research station to perform more complex operations.
And how comes, that the logs in ares gave us the Bps for the new weaponset if they hadn’t contact with the aliens(or someone uploaded it there)? So they must be involved into capturing data from the aliens/decoding it. So the northstar expedition was just an attempt to do it on their own instead of being ‘lucky’ to meet the aliens, that even have data to analyse and surviving this.
Will northstar be the second mission for the next weaponset?

You don’t even understand how wrong you are, do you?
From my understanding, the correlation between these events and Northstar would be the doctor that was left behind at Leviathan. I forgot his name…
Regardless of name, he is likely the entity responsible for transmitting the blueprints and unlocking Leviathan. My guess is that he either took over some of their technology and is working from a home-grown ship, or he was transformed by the aliens but left with bits of human consciousness so that he can communicate with us.
