Maybe the crystallid ship took Agnes to their home and they made her their queen and now she can do whatever nasty thing she wishes to. Or maybe she was already their queen incognito inside a human body or crystals could mimic the human body already… so she could grow body parts where it was very much needed. 
Crystallids aren’t bugs Sinaka. I doubt that they even have sexes.
But it’s interesting that the body is missing.
And how did it even find them? Maybe a non detected signature?
I don’t know. I could think of something else, something that could come out of a low budget movie, but I thought it was too morbid. Because why would crystallids (aliens) abduct a human woman? I think you can continue my logic from here…
