Mission in Open Space: (Remove ?? symbols from OS text and mission description in a hangar.)
The mission description for Open Space is also having this text bug. The ?? symbols should be deleted from the text.

No, it isn’t. That bug report is for a mission in the ‘Abandoned Outpost’ (Jericho ‘Open Space’ map).
This bug report is for the ‘Solaris Wasteland’ (Jericho ‘Open Space’ map).
Most probably it’s shared techinical issue

Yes, this is most likely a shared technical issue. Most text descriptions have such typos, ‘??’ or ???’ symbols in the text.
