The quest list on the upper right corner under the minimap can’t list more than 4 quests even though more than 4 are active. The bug is very simple and can be easily replicated, i see no need to document it with screenshots or similar.

I live how they assume the log records things like this. XD
99% of the time, wide-spread graphical bugs are problems with the design/code, and are not caused by anything in the active game.
Though there’s always the probability of the graphics card trashing something or throwing an error.

And how to reproduce the bug. 
Just add 5 random quests in a map and you will see it shows only 4. If thats not enough then im sorry
