Only base states are shown in custom battles.

If you start a custom battle, only the base stats of the ships you fly are displayed.  Your passive modules and implants have no effect on what’s shown.

Do I have to do all the questions?

Can you elaborate on how this is intended?

Wouldnt showing full stats like in pvp be better?

It’s so the other team can’t see how your ships are built as far as speed, maneuvering, or resistances.   Mainly because they also use the custom battle system to host tournaments and other events.

It’s always been like that. Possibly to hide HOW the ship is fitted, so people on the enemy team don’t figure out how you’ve fitted it. This is especially useful in tournaments.

That system should be applied on regular and SecCon matches, as well, leaving those details to be revealed on the end-game scoreboard.

Players should have an option to hide or not the fitting of their ships in Arcade/SQ mode.

Altough i sense a fear of having build stolen from him. I fully agree with him. The only problem would be for begginers, that doesnt know by name the dangerous players, and usually use the POWAAA of the enemy ship to judge it a little bit. So, if they see an int with 15k surv they know it will not die with a xxxx, or a fighter with 30k surv.

But yes, i agree, players should have the option to hide their stats.
